General Motors has issued a safety recall for select 2024 models of Cadillac Lyriq, Chevy Silverado EV, Chevy Blazer EV, GMC Hummer EV SUV, and GMC Sierra EV due to a potential defect leading to unexpected loss of propulsion. The issue stems from a fault in the drive unit stator assembly.
