This move aims to compete with rivals benefiting from federal tax credits and includes models like the Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6, and Kona Electric. Hyundai is also expediting construction in Georgia to start EV production by 2024, potentially qualifying for $2.1 billion in tax breaks.
