Rivian has paused custom orders for the R1T and R1S models to conduct upgrades at its Illinois manufacturing plant. During this hiatus, interested buyers can explore existing inventory at authorized dealerships. The special order suspension is expected to be lifted by late summer, allowing customers to personalize their configurations again.
