Volkswagen's latest concern involves a recall affecting 271,330 Atlas SUVs due to faulty airbags, particularly in the front passenger seat. This defect could lead to airbag non-deployment during crashes, posing significant safety risks. Volkswagen aims to rectify this issue promptly and ensure customer safety through timely repairs at no cost.
Volkswagen is recalling approximately 261,000 cars in the United States due to a fuel tank problem caused by a defective suction jet pump seal. The recall covers models such as Audi A3s, Volkswagen Golfs, GTIs, Jettas, and Golf Sportwagens from 2015 to 2020. The faulty pump seal may cause fuel leakage and increase the risk of fires.
