Finally, the much-anticipated Infiniti QX80 makeover is arrived. Everyone had no idea that its third iteration would have such a distinctive design language influenced by the QX Monograph concept. It originally made its debut as the QX56 in 2010. Direct competitors will be likely the Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, and Mercedes-Benz GLS Class. It is distinguished by its remarkable external revamp and bigger size.

The transformation of Infiniti's QX80 represents a bold leap in styling, albeit with the trade-off of its V8 engine. Industry expert Paul Waatti notes that the latest QX80 embodies a striking design complemented by refined material choices and interior execution, rivaling the best offerings in its segment.

He told Newsweek, that this revamp introduces modern technologies and sought-after features, such as air suspension, aligning with the expectations of luxury buyers at this price point. As reported by Autoweek, the 2025 Infiniti QX80 will debut with a starting price of $84,445, reflecting an increase from the current $76,840 entry point.

When it hits the market this summer, the 2025 QX80 from Infiniti will debut with this starting price reflecting a 10% increase.

Under the hood, the redesigned QX80 ditches the 5.6-liter V8 and gains momentum from a 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 engine. Even though it will still have a body-on-frame design. On the other hand, the next model promises an improved and new cabin feel thanks to its all-new sheet metal.

In a comprehensive overhaul, Infiniti has completely revamped the 2025 QX80. This redesign closely aligns with the distinctive QX Monograph concept, showcasing a remarkable resemblance in the exterior styling. While some minor adjustments are inevitable when transitioning from a concept to a production model, the overall design integrity remains faithfully preserved.

The narrow daytime running lights are positioned just below the hood, while the headlights flank the grille. Additionally, a lengthy LED light bar at the rear effectively accentuates the width of this new QX80.

Meanwhile CarScoops reported a different starting at $82,450. However, the difference is almost $2,000. The 2025 Infiniti QX80 Pure base model has a stylish exterior with 20-inch alloy wheels, LED lighting components, and an illuminated Infiniti emblem.

Running boards, a standard tow hitch, a panoramic moonroof, flush-mounted door handles, and a motorized liftgate are some of the extra amenities it has to offer. Inside the vehicle, significant updates are evident, including the presence of a 14.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a corresponding 14.3-inch infotainment system integrated with Google. These are complemented by a 9-inch lower display that allows access to climate control settings and drive modes.

The QX80 Pure is equipped with 10-way power front seats featuring heating and "TailorFit" upholstery. Additionally, it includes heated second-row captain's chairs with an optional bench seat and a power-folding third-row for added convenience.

Regrettably, Infiniti is transitioning the QX80 from hydraulically assisted steering to an electronically assisted module, which might not align with the preferences of some individuals.

On a positive note, the interior of the QX80 embraces modernity with the inclusion of standard 14.3-inch screens that cater to your media and instrumentation needs. The digital instrument screen, also measuring 14.3 inches, offers configurability and features three pre-set designs for enhanced customization.
