The 2024 Buick Envision SUV be on sale in the next months. The most affordable model, the Preferred trim, will cost $37,295 when it first goes on sale. Buick's dedication to modernizing its lineup is demonstrated by the most recent 2024 Envision model. Significant improvements are made to this second-generation Envision, which was released not too long after the first.

Latest Buick Upgrades

Often underestimated, the 2024 Buick Envision stands as a five-passenger SUV that embodies elegance and practicality. While this Buick SUV has sometimes gone unnoticed, the brand's extensive revamp extends to this compact vehicle, which General Motors sources from China.

As reported by MotorTrend, the latest revamp of the 2024 Buick Envision, a notable Buick SUV, showcases a complete redesign both internally and externally. This update aligns its aesthetics with that of the Buick Envista and Buick Encore GX, compact crossovers recognized for their budget-friendly appeal.

According to Autoblog, the significant exterior transformations are immediately apparent, especially with the Wildcat EV-inspired front end that now adorns Buick's SUV range. While the Envision retains a familiar look at the rear, Buick emphasizes the use of fresh badging on the rear fascia.

Additionally, both the ST and Avenir trims come equipped with new 20-inch wheels as standard, distinguishing them from the base Preferred trim, which features 18-inch wheels. As per Autoweek, attracting potential '24 Envision buyers is the introduction of a remarkable 30-inch standard display, complemented by updated interior and exterior designs.

Buick is set to revamp the trim selections for the current year as well. In the previous year, Buick managed to sell 44,281 Envisions in the US, marking a notable 71% increase from the year prior. In terms of the powertrain, Buick has opted to maintain the current setup.

The 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 engine, delivering 228 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque through a nine-speed automatic transmission, remains unchanged. Although the performance figures mirror those of the previous model, there is a significant update: all-wheel drive now comes standard.

The transition to standard all-wheel drive means that front-wheel-drive configurations will no longer be available for the '24 Envision, ensuring that every model will continuously distribute torque to all four wheels.

More on Style, Luxury

Autoblog emphasized Envision's focus on design. In terms of luxury and aesthetics, the Envision introduces fresh interior color combinations like red/black and gray/blue, while the front seats have been redesigned to offer enhanced comfort.

Cabin ambiance is enhanced with the addition of ambient lighting, and Buick has elevated the trim quality on the center console. Opting for the ST variant grants you a flat-bottom steering wheel for a more dynamic look.

While additional driver assistance features are becoming standard for 2024, notably, Super Cruise is not included despite initial expectations for it to be among the new technological advancements introduced to the Envision this year.

The pricing details for the revamped Envision have been released, with the base Preferred model starting at $37,295. The ST variant begins at $37,795, while the premium Avenir trim is priced at $48,395. Buick has announced that the updated Envision is scheduled to arrive at dealerships this summer.
