Anticipated for a style revamp, the 2026 Palisade showcases a more angular look, highlighted by a striking front fascia. Renderings showcase two potential design directions Hyundai could pursue for the forthcoming model slated for release in the upcoming year. The debut of the new Palisade is imminent, with Hyundai gearing up for its grand reveal within the next year, ready to hit dealership floors across the nation for the 2026 model year.

New Face for Hyundai Palisade

As per DaxStreet's observations, even under thorough camouflage, the upcoming Palisade seems to take cues from the smaller Santa Fe model, showcasing resemblances in its interior design, including the introduction of a fresh dual-screen configuration.

Speculations circulating hint at the Palisade transforming into a larger sibling to the compact Santa Fe, emerging as a spacious three-row family-focused crossover SUV. This speculation points towards a possible size increase to accommodate enhanced interior room for both passengers and cargo. Despite this, intricate design elements are shrouded in mystery, concealed by the heavy camouflage.

As reported by CarScoops, after being sighted numerous times during testing phases, designer Kelsonik has imaginatively conceptualized its potential final production iteration. Just like the latest Santa Fe model, the revised Palisade is set to sport a striking and distinctive new aesthetic that may deviate from the conventional norms.

The reception of this unconventional design will ultimately be determined by consumer feedback. Kelsonik's renderings portray the upcoming model with a more angular design compared to its predecessor, presenting two distinct design possibilities for Hyundai to consider.

More Upgrade

The renderings of both 2026 Palisade variants showcase a prominent LED light bar running along the front, with the primary headlights flanking the blacked-out grille on either side. The front fascia design depicted in the second set of renderings appears slightly more angular, which, in our perspective, may be less aesthetically appealing.

The new model has flush door handles, a tweaked shape, and a slightly different thick D-pillar. As reported by Autoevolution, the upcoming Hyundai Palisade presents a more angular design compared to its predecessor, hinting at a boxier silhouette and a potentially elongated wheelbase, suggesting enhanced interior roominess.

Positioned behind a unified glass panel, the new model features an updated infotainment system and digital gauge cluster. While spy shots have unveiled aspects like the redesigned steering wheel, both the interior cabin and exterior details remain concealed under camouflage, leaving much to the imagination until the official reveal.Furthermore, Hyundai continues to conduct testing and refining of the brand-new Palisade model, which has unofficially been spotted without its camouflage on a few occasions. Within the new model, both the updated infotainment system and digital gauge cluster are housed behind a unified glass panel.

Despite spy shots capturing glimpses of the new steering wheel and other features, the interior cockpit remains concealed under camouflage, mirroring the secrecy surrounding the exterior design. There are speculations suggesting that the range of powertrains for the model may include a new V6 engine, potentially featuring a 3.5-liter capacity.
