Here Comes Lamborghini Urus SE Hybrid
MotorTrend claims that the Lamborghini Urus SE, with its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine, has performance capabilities similar to those of the Cayenne. With an astounding 611 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, this hyper-ute can produce. A powerful permanent-magnet electric motor with 189 horsepower and 356 lb-ft of torque is paired with the V-8. The Urus SE's combined outputs of 789 horsepower and 701 lb-ft of torque set a new benchmark for the performance of electrified SUVs.
MotorTrend also highlighted that the 2025 Lamborghini Urus SE is equipped with a 25.9-kWh battery pack positioned above the rear differential beneath the cargo floor. This configuration enables the Urus to travel up to 37 miles solely on electric power, providing a serene and emission-free experience within urban environments.
Drive Modes for Lamborghini Urus SE Hybrid
According to CarBuzz, the tamburo drive selector in the 2025 Lamborghini Urus SE retains the familiar Strada, Sport, and Corsa modes for road and track, along with Neve, Sabbia, and Terra modes for various surface conditions. However, it introduces four new 'Electric Performance Strategies': EV Drive, Hybrid, Performance, and Recharge.

Performance mode unlocks the complete capabilities of the Urus SE, applicable in all three asphalt modes (Strada, Sport, Corsa), as well as Sabbia and Terra terrains. Unlike the Rally mode found in the Urus Performante, each setting adjusts steering, V8 responses and sound, and the air suspension system. Design
CarBuzz pointed out that the Urus SE maintains visual continuity with its non-hybrid predecessors while also aligning with the hybrid Revuelto flagship, all without necessitating a complete vehicle redesign. To achieve this delicate balance, subtle adjustments are paramount. Notable among these is the elongated front hood, extending beyond the headlights, enhancing the SUV's overall aesthetic cohesion.
Drawing inspiration from the Lamborghini Gallardo, the Italian automaker's design chief has incorporated elements of its iconic rear styling into the design of the Urus SE.In the latest iteration, the area surrounding the taillights of the Urus SE features a mesh design connecting each cluster, creating an illusion of enhanced width.
While reminiscent of the functional design seen on the Gallardo, which facilitated engine bay ventilation, its aesthetic appeal is undeniable. Such stylistic touches are likely to resonate with Urus buyers seeking a distinctive and visually striking SUV.
The report provided insights into the interior updates as well. The central dashboard screen has been expanded to 12.3 inches, featuring refreshed graphics inspired by the Revuelto. Additionally, Lamborghini boasts enhanced user-friendliness with the updated Human Machine Interface.
