All- New Opel Frontera: Options

The upcoming 2025 Opel Frontera, a modern family vehicle set to replace the Crossland model, offers both 5-seater and 7-seater options, aligning with the Citroen C3 Aircross. As per CarScoops, iIstanbul, Turkey, the brand-new Opel Frontera had its debut, replacing the older Crossland with a larger size and updated Stellantis technology.

Acting as the SUV counterpart to the Citroen C3 Aircross, this model comes in mild-hybrid and all-electric versions, starting at approximately €24,000 ($25,900) in Germany. Opel has revealed the availability of a seven-seater configuration alongside the standard five-seater model.

The traditional combustion engine Frontera features a mild-hybrid 1.2-liter motor, whereas the Electric variant provides a range exceeding 300 km or 186 miles. CarScoops also reported about the digital premiere of the Opel Frontera, which will be marketed as a Vauxhall in the UK. This event occurred last month and revealed both the exterior and interior design of the new model.

In this presentation, Opel provided detailed information on powertrain choices, trim levels, and initial pricing. Notably, the Frontera introduces the new Opel 'Blitz' emblem on its front fascia, featuring modern LED lighting. While the front and rear aesthetics align with Opel's contemporary design approach, the overall proportions and cabin design are reminiscent of the Citroen C3 Aircross sibling.
