Price Tag Revealed for Callum Skye EV
Recently showcased at a prestigious concours event on Savile Row in London, the Callum Skye EV will be unveiled as a prototype. It is set to operate with a 42-kWh battery, providing an approximate range of 170 miles when fully charged.

During the launch of his EV wall charger collaboration with UK-based firm Andersen EV, Ian Callum noted that Electric Vehicles are adept at navigating various terrains due to the precision in controlling the torque curve and traction at individual wheels.
He articulated a preference for uniqueness in design by stating that steering clear of the typical sports car route was intentional. He expressed a desire to create something distinctive and challenging to categorize.

This is due to Callum's plan to present versions tailored for both off-road and on-road experiences, the former boasting rapid 0-to-60 mph acceleration times in under four seconds. Weighing just 2,535 pounds, the all-wheel-drive model will maintain its 2+2 configuration, offering practical seating for four individuals.
Additionally, its exposed wheel arches are designed to enhance urban maneuverability, facilitating curb climbing when necessary. Driving also noted information regarding the Callum Skye's dimensions, stating that it spans 4,047 millimeters (159.3 inches) in length, placing it in a similar size range as a five-door Mini Cooper.
Notably, the company asserts that the Skye will be offered in various iterations tailored for distinct purposes, including versions designed for on-road and off-road applications.
Interior, More for Callum Skye EV
Reported by Autoweek, Callum did not fully unveil the Skye, particularly its interior, back in November. This comprehensive reveal is scheduled to take place later this week at the Savile Row Concours in London, where a prototype of the Skye will be showcased.
As a meticulously crafted, limited-production electric vehicle, the Skye is not positioned as a rival to more affordable EVs of similar size, some of which are nearing introduction in the United States, such as the Fiat 500e. This context elucidates its introduction at Savile Row in the upscale Mayfair district of London, renowned for its bespoke tailoring establishments.
The company has provided a glimpse of the Skye's interior, showcasing features such as collapsible rear seats to enhance cargo space and contemporary amenities like a central entertainment display compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
