Audiences and race enthusiasts witnessed the Ford Lightning SuperTruck, Hyundai Ioniq 5N, and Rivian R1T break records during "The Race to the Clouds." As one of the longest still-running races around the globe continues, EVs showcased their prowess. Thus, proving that electric vehicles won't disappoint everyone in terms of speed.
During the ongoing Pike's Peak International Hill Climb event, various electric vehicles have made significant strides in setting new records. Electrek reported that today, The Rivian R1T and Ioniq 5N have achieved notable feats, with the Ford SuperTruck also showcasing impressive speed on the challenging course.
