Kia launches its 2025 Carnival range coming with a notable price hike compared to last year. Prices vary for Kia's latest car model with the hybrid variant starting at $41,895. Significant updates were present along the price increase.

2025 Kia Carnival Rises: Previous Base Price Surges by $2,900

Here comes 2025 Kia Carnival minivan and the car manufacturer announced price hike is coming. The announcement happened this Monday. The base price is $37,985 and such price tag is more expensive by $2,900 from last year.

Additionally, the cheapest Carnival Hybrid trim is the LXS starts at $41,895. In 2025, those who are considering purchasing a Kia Carnival minivan can anticipate a redesign. Based on information from Cars.com, the 2025 Carnival commences at $37,895 for its base LX configuration, reflecting a $2,900 increase compared to the previous model-year 2024 entry-level version inclusive of a $1,395 destination fee.

The recently introduced hybrid model for 2025 boasts a starting price of $41,895. The 2025 Carnival is currently available for purchase, featuring a range of trim options and corresponding prices.

All trim levels offer the hybrid powertrain as an option. Except the base LX at an additional $2,000. Price ranges for each trim level are as follows: LX $37,895, LXS $39,895, EX $42,095, SX $46,995, and SX Prestige $51,995.

Modifications given on the 2025 Kia Carnival are very obvious. Improvements to the safety systems, navigation, control layout, and interior were among these modifications. The Torque Report stated that the 2025 Carnival has new exterior features like an upgraded wheel design, headlights, taillights, and a revamped grille.

Consumers can opt for the more upgraded models that feature a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster or for the 12.3-inch infotainment system and a 4.2-inch TFT screen in the cabin.

The Carnival also features Kia's most recent Connected Car Navigation Cockpit technology, which makes upgrades easy to obtain over-the-air. For enhanced entertainment on the go, a rear entertainment system complete with dual 14.6-inch monitors is offered as an optional feature.

Recently, Motor1.com provided information on the trim levels from the 2025 Kia Carnival. The base LX trim, which starts at $37,895, has a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that produces 287 horsepower. The front wheels of this one are driven by an eight-speed automatic transmission. Seven passenger seats, power sliding rear doors, three-zone temperature control, and 17-inch alloy wheels are all standard.

In the 2025 Carnival lineup, Kia has included an extensive range of driver assistance systems, including lane-keep assist, blind-spot recognition, automatic emergency braking, and rear cross-traffic alerts. In the hybrid variant, a 54-kW motor and a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine replace the conventional six-cylinder engine.

Notably, this hybrid model is not a plug-in variant, indicating no electric-only range, and specific fuel efficiency figures have yet to be disclosed. While the standard model is currently open for orders, customers can anticipate the arrival of the Carnival Hybrid at dealerships later this fall.
