Tesla is currently at the center of attention amid rumors about its potential Model Y Juniper project.
The Model Y is reportedly the top-selling vehicle in the United States and one of the best-selling cars in the world, according to Forbes. The unit, which was first announced in 2019, became a hot topic in a Reddit thread recently after rumors alleged that a new Tesla vehicle will be releasing soon.
The leaks on the forum showed that the vehicle is going to be the Model Y Juniper with a rear light bar.
Though it is not uncommon for a Model Y to encounter a "freshening" phase, CEO Elon Musk shared in June that no revision for the model would happen this 2024.
He added, "Tesla continues to improve its cars, so a 6-month newer car will be a little better."
On the other hand, an Edmunds consumer insights analyst told Forbes that Tesla is now in the process of delivering vehicles "like a legacy automaker."
The analyst noted that the automaker is well aware that fresh rosters keep customers interested.

Based on the thread, the Model Y could launch in 2025 and that the refreshed Model 3 can hint clues to the unit's release. The Model 3 can also give insights into the Model Y in terms of performance, features and design.
The Model 3, which houses a horsepower of 510, can go up to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds. Frequency response dampeners are equipped, fueling a smoother ride experience. This performance is also supported by upgraded tires and an efficient rear motor.
Inside, the Model 3 comes with ventilated seats, an impressive sound system, improved hardware and an entertainment screen that has access to gaming, streaming and climate control.
Meanwhile, Tesla phased out Monday the orders for its cheapest Cybertruck. The lowest-priced vehicle cost $61,000. However, Tesla has introduced a new version worth $100,000. Resources have been placed into its production, as Musk plans to produce 200,000 units per year.
