Lexus has started to exclusively offer the Black Line Special Edition for the best-selling RX 500h F SPORT Performance model.

Lexus disclosed that the vehicle has returned with a new look and internal upgrades. The exterior has an Incognito scheme and black styling touches, alongside its 21-inch split-five-spoke wheels with orange brake calipers.

The suspension includes MacPherson front struts which help make sharp turns and sustain perfect handling. Cabin space is also improved with the rear's five-arm multi-link setup. The RX  500h would also have a high-performance engine.

The engine consists of a hybrid 271-hp 2.4-liter turbocharged inline-four, paired with the vehicle's six-speed automatic gearbox, Power Control Unit and electric motor. 

The rear also gained an 80-kW eAxle with an inverter and motor that relays power to the rear wheels. With these components, the Black Line package would produce 366 hp and a torque of 406 pound-feet.

The Black Line Special Edition's interior offers a sporty appearance for the RX vehicle. The package includes Birch and Black interior choices, alongside a Black Open Pore Wood trim. It also delivers improvements in its interface and assist systems.

The package has a DIRECT4 all-wheel drive system that takes command of both front and rear axles, improving handling and steering. The front seats are also equipped with ergonomic material that promotes comfort during long drives.

The package also features adaptive cruise control and a standard 9.8-inch touchscreen display. There is a variant with a 14-inch high-definition screen. The vehicle also contains two USB Type-C outlets for charging mobile devices.

Apart from the Black Line Special Edition, the 2025 RX received the F SPORT Design grade, which is exclusive to the RX 350 and RX 350h. This specific trim has six exterior colors, which are Ultra White, Cloudburst Gray, Iridium, Caviar, Copper Crest and Grecian Water.
