Nissan Teases 2025 Armada Featuring Distinctive Rock Creek Grille

Nissan has offered car enthusiasts a glimpse of the next-generation Armada, set to arrive with a new grille.

According to Car and Driver, Nissan uploaded a photo teaser showing the Armada's upgraded grille. The vehicle is likely to be inspired by Nisan's Rock Creek editions of Rogue and Pathfinder vehicles, which both flaunt a black mesh grille with three metallic sloths under the hood line. 

The vehicle also includes the standard roof rack. The teaser revealed the Armada's Obsidian Green paint color, while the scheme of Lava Red covers the automaker's logo. Aside from its appearance, the 2024 Armada gives hints to the upcoming 2025 model's towing capacity, technology and performance.

Car and Driver shared earlier that the latest 2024 Armada has the capacity to tow 8,500 pounds in both two-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive variants. The engine is capable of producing 400hp and torque of 413 pound-feet.

The gear swaps is managed by the vehicle's seven-speed automatic transmission. Armada also endures rocky surfaces with its independent rear suspension, while also maintaining vehicle body control alongside its all-terrain tires.

Regarding its interior, the Armada gladly invites drivers and passengers to its spacious cabin. The vehicle is offered as an eight or seven-passenger vehicle. It also includes the optional second-row seats that replace the bench in the configuration area.

The Armada contains a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment on top of its dashboard. The interface features a navigation system, SiriusXM satellite radio that's only available via subscription, Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay.

On the SL version and above, USB type A and C ports are visible in the vehicle's front and back, along with wireless smartphone charging induction. Furthermore, a 13-speaker Bose sound system is added to the mid-level SL model. The Platinum also adds a rear-seat entertainment system with 8-inch screens.
