Hyundai Expands 2025 Elantra Lineup: Specs, Pricing Announced

Hyundai has officially announced the prices for the 2025 Elantra, which comes with an expanded lineup.
Hyundai shared on Tuesday that the 2025 Elantra would have five models: SE ($21,875), SEL Sport (23,000), SEL Convenience ($25,575), Limited ($26,525), and N Line ($28,725).
All the models except for the N Line variant would receive 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine and an Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT). The N Line model would instead come with a 1.6-liter Turbo GDI 4-cylinder and a 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission with SHIFTRONIC.

Hyundai also announced the models for the 2025 Elantra Hybrid, which consists of the HEV Blue ($25,100), HEV SEL Sport ($27,075) and HEV ($29,450). All three variants would receive 1.6 GDI 4-cylinder engines and 6-Speed EcoShift Dual Clutch Transmission.
Finally, the automaker revealed that the 2025 Elantra N would have two models: the N MT ($33,950) and the N DCT ($35,450).

The 2025 Elantra Hybrid would have key features such as a Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot System, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Warning, Lane Keeping Assist and Lane Following Assist.
Hyundai also shared that the Elantra's SEL Sport trim would have 17-inch alloy wheels with 225/45 R17 tires, black rear lip spoiler and black side mirrors. The interior would also include a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a shift knob, alongside aluminum sport pedals.

The SEL Sport version also gained a 4.2-inch color TFT cluster display, Apple Carplay, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, audio system and Qi wireless phone charger.
Furthermore, the Elantra Hybrid SEL Sport trim would have additional premium add-ons, which are the 10.25-inch AVNT navigation head unit, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, BlueLink feature and WiFi hotspot.
In other news, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recently raised concerns on the Hyundai Palisade due to loose seat belts. The Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) said that the seat belts have a risk of unexpected unlatching, affecting the protection afforded for drivers and passengers.
