The highly anticipated Robotaxi is an auto designed for ride-hailing service and it will be released on Oct. 10, at the Warner Bros. Studio in California.
Tesla initially planned to release the vehicle in August. However, the company postponed the debut since a design change was being implemented, according to Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The CEO added that the time would give Tesla a chance to "show off a few other things."
It is also speculated that Tesla is aiming to apply the wireless charging pad for the Robotaxi.
In 2023, Tesla teased consumers with a wireless charging pad during Investor Day, fueling the speculations of the feature's development.
Meanwhile, Tesla is reportedly releasing an FSD (Full Self-Driving) software in Europe and China. The company is just waiting for the technology's approval by regulators.
