The United Auto Workers claimed that Stellantis refused to give details regarding its product plans in the future, leading them to file charges through the National Labor Relations Board.
The complaint was due to the automaker's unfair labor and Stellantis' alleged attempts to move the Dodge Durango's production out of the U.S., Reuters reported Tuesday.
Stellantis responded that the company has not yet reviewed the filing and claimed that it has not done any violation of the commitments in the 2023 contract.
The company added that it is considering various approaches in bringing in new vehicles and communicating its plans to the union when the appropriate time comes.

UAW President Shawn Fain said that the union will "enforce" the contract's conditions since Stellantis promised to commit to its workers. In the same month, Stellantis was also sued by U.S. shareholders for its alleged concealment of its rising inventories.
