Tesla introduced its own carpool system called "Caraoke" back in 2019, and Ford is planning to implement a similar karaoke feature in its cars.

Ford's version will come with the highly anticipated v10 update from the automaker, according to Teslarati on Tuesday.

The v10 update contains other entertainment features, such as support for streaming platforms YouTube and Netflix, which drivers and passengers can enjoy. The company will specifically roll out the Stingray Karaoke App to the F-150 Lighting and Mustang Mach-E.

The outlet noted that the Stingray Karaoke app can also give families time to bond over songs that are available in 38 languages and various music genres.

Aside from the F-150 and the Mach-E, Ford is looking to implement the feature in more vehicles. It's expected to be applied in the 2024 Ford Explorer, alongside the Lincoln Navigator, Aviator and Nautilus releases.
