Tesla has incorporated a driver-assist system in its Cybertrucks.

The automaker has activated a 12.5.5 version of its Full Self-Driving feature to some of its Cybertrucks, Autoweek reported Tuesday.

Thanks to the driver-assist suite, owners would now have access to a monitoring system classified by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) as Level 2.

This type of classification refers to vehicles that have automatic lane-assist systems that can control steering, acceleration and deceleration, which are crucial things to consider while parking or traveling on the road.

However, Tesla reminded that the feature was still an "early access build" and that despite its technology, drivers must not be complacent.

Tesla also noted that compared to its previous versions, the new feature will have an improved functionality on scanning stop signs, intersections and is intuitive in making decisions when it comes to lane changes.
