Hyundai has reportedly canceled one of its projects.
The carmaker's concept for the N Vision 74 vehicle has been axed. This year, the project made buzz among car enthusiasts as it teased about a possible production of a hydrogen-fueled sports car with 775 horsepower, according to Car and Driver.
An insider had claimed that the N Vision 74 has yet to reach mass production, according to South Korean outlet iNews24.
The matter also reached the attention of Hyundai, and the company responded that nothing had been decided and that the concept car was "intended to show future directions." However, the company was open to mass production.

Lee Hang-gu, the head of the Automotive Convergence Technology Research Institute, stated that Hyundai is currently working on multiple projects, which include urban air mobility, hydrogen and vehicles that are "software-defined." The official furthered that hydrogen cars have not yet contributed to Hyundai's profit status.
The news comes after Hyundai expanded its lineup for the 2025 Elantra. The carmaker also revealed the pricing for the Elantra's five models, including the SE (($21,875), SEL Sport (23,000), SEL Convenience ($25,575), Limited ($26,525), and N Line ($28,725).
