Aston Martin is preparing to unveil a refreshed Vantage model, as hinted through its social media platforms. In a series of posts, Aston Martin confirmed the unveiling date and provided first looks at the new automobile. It has scheduled the debut of the revamped Vantage sports car for February 12th.

Aston Martin Vantage Model, Facelift

The upcoming February debut of the New Aston Martin Vantage hints at subtle revisions to the headlights, featuring intricate lighting signatures. While spy shots suggest their resemblance to last year's DB12, these images may not entirely confirm it. The most noticeable change, evident here, is at the rear, boasting a distinct lightbar housing three LED lighting strips.

The central strip serves as the brake lamp, with the upper and lower rows likely designated for turn signals and reverse lights. According to CarBuzz, considering that this Vantage iteration was introduced in 2018, it's evident that updates are long overdue.

As per reports, Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman has indicated that the upcoming model will undergo a significant transformation, setting it apart from the more mature DB12 and its eventual DBS successor.

This transformation is expected to manifest in sportier styling and a more exhilarating driving experience. Aston Martin may try to enhance the V8-powered Vantage to challenge Porsche's dominance. Given the rivalry from the Mercedes-AMG GT in its pursuit of the 911, the Vantage must stay current to be relevant.

It's reasonable to assume that the Vantage will continue to utilize the formidable M177 AMG engine. This twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 presently generates an impressive 503 horsepower and 505 lb-ft of torque, but it's anticipated that these figures will see further enhancements.

Notably, reports had it that Aston Martin has decided to discontinue the V-12 engine option for the Vantage, with the last V12 Vantage sports cars launched in 2022. This transition is part of a broader shift as the Vantage line, which currently offers a manual transmission, is expected to transition away from the manual option with the introduction of the new model.

Regarding the upcoming February debut of the New Aston Martin Vantage, reports suggest that similar to the DB12, it will receive a power increase and several chassis enhancements. These may include a new suspension configuration with adaptable dampers, firmer anti-roll bars, electronic control for the rear differential, and heightened structural rigidity.

In addition to these mechanical improvements, the interior design is poised for a substantial upgrade in terms of quality and technology, following the pattern set by the DB11's transformation into the DB12.

Aston Martin, in one of its posts on social media, offered a glimpse of an opulent seat and featured commentary by current Aston Martin Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso, emphasizing the connection a car should establish with the driver from the moment they take their seat.

Furthermore, the New Aston Martin Vantage features upgraded taillights that keep its wraparound shape while having a unique appearance. A brief glimpse inside the vehicle in the video reveals green stitching on a perforated leather seat, indicating probable interior upgrades. There are also rumors of an improved infotainment system similar to the DB11, which will replace the DB12 system. This updated technology is intended to support the next version of Apple CarPlay and be dispersed over numerous screens. DaxStreet reported.
