Ram plans to offer five ProMaster EV configurations in total, including varying roof heights, cargo lengths, and body styles. Currently, the Delivery model is priced at $79,990, with a Cargo trim featuring conventional doors expected to follow at a possibly lower price point.
According to sources, Ram's first entry into electric vehicles, the Ram ProMaster Electric Van, has been touted as a "game-changer" by the brand's CEO, Tim Kuniskis. The brand's head emphasized that the Ram ProMaster EV offers cutting-edge zero-emission performance, business usefulness, and technology breakthroughs.

Ram highlights that the battery pack is positioned beneath the floor, ensuring a flat cargo-loading surface. The Ram ProMaster Electric Van offers a range of DC fast charging alternatives, including 50 kW, 85 kW, 125 kW, and 150 kW options. Additionally, there's the availability of a Level 2 (11 kW) wall box charger.
The brand has incorporated a variety of features aimed at enhancing fleet management. These encompass a rear roll-up door, facilitating effortless cargo loading and unloading, and a standard pocket door for convenient delivery access.
Ram Telematics is among the fleet management tools provided, offering valuable insights for optimizing efficiency, vehicle location data, and real-time vehicle diagnostics. Furthermore, according to Electrek's coverage, Ram emphasizes the high degree of customization available for the ProMaster EV, tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
