This renowned generative artificial intelligence system will seamlessly integrate into the i-Cockpit, facilitated by the "ok Peugeot" voice assistant.

Stellantis' Peugeot cars, a prominent player in the European automotive industry, has officially unveiled its plans to introduce ChatGPT into select new vehicle models, commencing from this Wednesday. This innovative addition will be initially trialed in five European countries: France, Britain, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
The "ok Peugeot" voice assistant will possess the capability to provide comprehensive responses to a wide range of inquiries and requests spanning diverse subjects. Reports provided details regarding Stellantis' latest venture, which targets to provide excellent customer experience.
Moreover, the unveiling of ChatGPT integration in Peugeot Cars' upcoming models was officially announced by Linda Jackson, the CEO of the renowned French brand. According to reports, these innovative features are set to debut with the new E-3008 model in five initial markets.
Following this pilot phase, a broader rollout is planned, expected to commence in the second half of 2024. This revelation happened during the latest edition of Peugeot E-Lion Day. Peugeot has disclosed plans to introduce a comprehensive range of 12 100% electric models. There are nine passenger cars in this lineup, with special attention paid to the E-3008, E-408, and E-5008 that will be launching later this year.

Reuters reported in a bid to incentivize more drivers to transition to electric vehicles, Peugeot has additionally announced its intention to introduce an extended eight-year warranty for the e-3008, a significant departure from the existing two-year warranty provided for its conventional cars.
ChatGPT's Integration Into Automotive Industry
ChatGPT evolved from language and sentence construction assistance to an integral feature of cars. It stands for Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer. This was developed by OpenAI and launched in 2022. Automotive giants are in the fashion of integrating ChatGPT into their car models.
All targeting to bring a new enhanced and cutting-edge technology within their cars. According to The Drive, 2024 is the year that all will witness ChatGPT's integration with cars. It will start with Volkswagen. Though the report said it is not necessarily in the U.S.
At the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show, Volkswagen has revealed its integration of ChatGPT into its infotainment system, which is set to debut this week. Volkswagen has outlined its strategy to incorporate ChatGPT AI into all models featuring the latest IDA voice assistant, with the rollout scheduled to commence in the second quarter of this year.
Now, Stellantis is joining the league with its Peugot cars. Fortune reported , earlier this month, several major automotive manufacturers followed suit in announcing their incorporations of ChatGPT. In June, Mercedes-Benz initiated a trial of ChatGPT in approximately 900,000 vehicles across the United States.
The process of opting into this trial exemplified the ease that AI chatbots can offer. To participate in the trial, users simply needed to utter the phrase, "Hey Mercedes, I'd like to join the ChatGPT beta program," while inside their vehicle.
