Judge Reid Scott has approved the 2019 lawsuit against Tesla to go to trial. The lawsuit, related to Jeremy Banner's fatal crash with a Tesla Model 3 using Autopilot, claims Tesla was very careless and misleading about how good the Autopilot system was.
