Porsche has issued a recall for over 8,000 911 vehicles in the US due to safety concerns about the front and rear windshields breaking off in a collision. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration emphasized the potential for the windshields to fall off, citing insufficient adhesion as the reason for the recall.
In February 2022, the Felicity Ace cargo ship met a tragic fate, engulfed in flames and sinking into the Atlantic Ocean. Over four thousand cars, mostly from Volkswagen Group, perished in the blaze. Now, the corporation faces legal turmoil with two lawsuits stemming from the incident, echoing past legal battles.
